As part of our promise, we invite you to try a NuVet® product and decide for yourself. If for any reason you are not happy with it, simply follow these brief instructions to initiate a refund.
If you do decide you want your money back, let us know either by phone or email, and we will provide you with a return authorization number upon request. Returns must be made within 60 days of buying the product and customers pay the shipping cost. We do require that customers looking for a refund provide us with the original product bottle(s) and any unused product.
Please note: Since we do care about your pets and always put their health first, all NuVet® products are made in an FDA-registered pharmaceutical lab. We do not resell any returned products even if the bottle is unopened. A refund request associated with repeat orders, including those purchased through our AutoShip program that the buyer did not cancel beforehand, will incur a 20 percent destruction fee.
Manufacturing Process
NuVet® products were developed over a span of eight years by three veterinarians, a nutritional scientist, a pharmacist, and a physician who were fed up with sub-standard nutrition and nutritional supplements in the pet industry. Their goal was to develop a holistic natural supplement that would get to the source of the problem and not just treat the symptoms.
Using natural ingredients, NuVet Labs® utilizes cold processing so the ingredient's rich nutrients are retained. They are also quickly absorbed by your pet's metabolism, providing the maximum effectiveness available.

NuVet Labs® supplements are some of the few pet products actually Made in a FDA Registered Facility using CGMP standards and contain solely natural ingredients. Virtually no other pet products are made this way, due to the expense and strict monitoring required. Many pet food and supplement companies are notorious for being unregulated making their safeguards and purity levels nowhere near that of our highest quality products. NuVet Labs® products are manufactured and fully compliant with all current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP-21CFR11) established within the industry, and they meet or exceed all quality standards for Nutritional Supplements. All NuVet Labs® products are manufactured under rigid quality control procedures and have established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure that these standards are met in all phases of the manufacturing process. NuVet Labs® products are manufactured in a laboratory consistent with NSF/ANSI 173, USP-NF for Dietary Supplements and in accordance with FDA guidelines.
